Important: all rates, policies and classifications on this Site are for reference only and do not constitute a basis for customs declaration, taxation, compliance or legal decisions. Tariff schedules and regulations change over time and data may lag or contain errors; actual rates and admission requirements are determined by the destination country's customs authority. Verify with official sources before declaring, and consider an advance customs ruling for complex or high-value goods.
1. The service
Treayo (treayo.com) is a free customs intelligence index for cross-border trade professionals, offering HS tariff lookup, AI classification, cross-jurisdiction rate comparison and landed-cost estimation across 13 customs jurisdictions. Access and basic lookups are free and require no registration; AI classification is provided under a “10 free lookups per IP per day” quota.
2. Sources & accuracy
Our data comes from tariff schedules and policy gazettes published by national customs authorities, tax bureaus and commerce ministries, with raw rate strings and legal citations preserved for cross-verification. We strive for accuracy and timeliness but make no express or implied warranty as to completeness, accuracy or currency. AI classification and calculation results are generated automatically and may be wrong — verify before relying on them.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its operator accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss (including goods being held, fines, back-taxes or lost deals) arising from use of, or inability to use, information on this Site (including rate errors, misclassification or policy lag). You acknowledge that final responsibility for cross-border compliance decisions rests with you.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the Site lawfully and reasonably, and must not circumvent rate limits for bulk scraping, attacks or other behavior that could harm service stability. We apply multi-layer rate limiting per IP and reserve the right to restrict access — temporarily or permanently — for abuse.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to the underlying tariff and policy data belong to their source authorities. The Site holds the corresponding rights in the compilation, organization, AI-generated summaries and interface design. You are welcome to cite individual data points with attribution to treayo.com; bulk, commercial or API use requires prior written authorization.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; changes are reflected in the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
